DESCRIPTION:California Aeronautical University is hosting another round of SAFECON Region II competitions! \nOrganized by the National Intercollegiate Flying Association (NIFA)\, the competition includes action-packed events over four days to test the pilot’s ability and competency to maneuver and manipulate the aircraft\, fly under instrument flight rules (IFR)\, and a variety of other events. The winners from regionals across the country will be invited to the national competition. \nCAU’s own Flight Team will join students from across California\, Arizona\, Nevada\, Oregon\, Washington\, and Hawaii in a series of flight and ground events. \nEvents are scheduled from Tues\, Oct 24 – Fri\, Oct 27.
