Admissions Requirements

At California Aeronautical University, we want our students to choose an educational plan that gives them every opportunity to succeed. Helping students prepare for their education begins with a required admissions meeting which helps us ensure applicants have the opportunity for personal advising regarding potential success in their field of study.

Before acceptance into the Master of Aviation Science program, candidates must also meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an educational institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Provide two letters of reference.
  • Submit a one-page entrance essay.

There are no course prerequisites required to apply to the online masters in aviation program. The GRE/GMAT is also not required. No previous aviation experience required.

Acceptance is based on personal goals, previous experience, individual needs, and any associated program requirements.
