Cadet Program
Your aviation career as a pilot with PSA Airlines can begin through the Cadet Program. Open to students enrolled at colleges, universities, and flight schools, the program provides mentorship, training support, and early exposure to airline operations within the American Airlines Group network.
Cadets progress through structured milestones designed to prepare them for First Officer opportunities with PSA Airlines, with potential advancement opportunities within the American Airlines system upon meeting all requirements.
Pilot students must hold a Private Pilot Certificate to apply to the program.
