One of our alumni, Jack Branger, will be visiting the CAU Bakersfield campus to give a presentation on his experiences as a Goodyear Blimp pilot. Jack completed his training at CAU in 2023 and has built a unique career path outside of the traditional airline track.

During his presentation, he will cover topics including:

• His journey from CAU to becoming a Goodyear Blimp pilot
• Lighter-than-air operations and how they differ from fixed-wing flying
• Day-to-day responsibilities of a blimp pilot
• Career guidance for aviation students exploring non-airline pathways
