Horizon Air Cadet Program
Pilot Development Program
The Horizon Air Pilot Development Program is designed for student pilots enrolled in university aviation programs, including institutions such as California Aeronautical University, who are interested in a career with Horizon Air. The program provides structured training opportunities, mentorship from professional pilots, and staged development toward a career with Horizon Air.
Participants may receive financial stipends, mentorship, and access to program workshops and events. As pilots progress through program stages and meet all qualifications, they may be considered for a conditional job offer with Horizon Air following evaluation.
Eligibility includes a Private Pilot Certificate and First-Class Medical Certificate at entry, with additional requirements as participants advance through the program.
