After completing the program and meeting all qualifications, you’ll be assigned a class date with Horizon Air and on a streamlined path to mainline flying at Alaska Airlines.

Participants must have their private pilot certificate with first-class medical certificate to apply to the program. Pilots sign an agreement to work for Horizon Air for a minimum of two years after reaching ATP minimums.
