Cadet Program

Your aviation career as a mainline pilot for the largest airline in the world, American Airlines, can start with PSA’s Cadet Program. Open to all colleges, universities, and flight schools, PSA cadets can expect industry-leading first-year pay, mentorship from airline industry experts, career-boosting opportunities, and much more.

Eligible cadets can enjoy a $30,000 Cadet Package inclusive of training and tuition assistance, including the First Officer Sign-On bonus. Plus, cadets are guaranteed flow through to American Airlines in five years.

Pilot students must have their private pilot certificate to apply to the program.
