Flight Centers
Study Online, Fly Locally
If you’re looking for more flexibility in your aviation training, CAU's flight centers make receiving your aviation degree more convenient than ever.
California Aeronautical University’s Flight Centers provide Southern California residents the opportunity to earn their Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics degree online right from their hometown. Students can pursue their degree online while receiving flight instruction at their local Flight Center, currently located at Oxnard Airport (KOXR) and Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport (KMYF).
For those not able to take advantage of the immersive aviation environment of CAU’s main campus, the Flight Centers enable aspiring aviators to stay local while still achieving their dream of becoming a professional pilot. Plus, as a CAU student, online students can benefit from the University’s FAA Part 141 approval which allows aeronautics students to receive a 500 flight-hour reduction when seeking their ATP certificate.
With access to certified flight instructors, a fleet of training aircraft, including Cessna 172 G1000, flight simulators and the University’s airline partnerships, online professional pilot degree programs and CAU’s Flight Centers can prepare you for a successful and exciting career in aviation.
