How the Program Works

Enroll at CAU: Start your flight training journey at California Aeronautical University.

Achieve Minimum Flight Hours: Build the required flight experience through CAU’s flight training programs.

Interview with Endeavor Air: Qualified students will have the opportunity to interview and receive a conditional job offer with Endeavor.

Become a First Officer: Once minimum flight hour requirements are met, transition into a First Officer role with Endeavor Air.

Advance to Delta Air Lines: Through Endeavor’s Delta Guaranteed Interview (DGI) program, pilots have a direct path to a Delta Air Lines career.
