California Aeronautical University (CAU) opened its aviation school and flight training center in Phoenix, Arizona to better serve residents of Arizona, and the west coast to help them achieve their aviation career aspirations. Students can now earn their aviation degree from the University while learning to fly locally in Arizona. Students will earn a total of 6 certificates and ratings through their desired degree program.

Located at Falcon Field Airport (FFZ), our Arizona location offers the Associate of Science in Aviation Studies, Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Master of Aviation Science, Master of Business Administration programs. Falcon Field is the fifth-busiest general aviation airport in the nation, with 300,000 take-offs and landings per year, providing the ultimate education and aeronautical experience to students.

As a CAU student in Phoenix, you have access to certified instructors and modern and industry-relevant equipment. Students also have a direct pathway to regional airlines’ cadet programs available through the University’s airline partnerships, which are critical to help start your aviation career.

Students who earn their degree here may benefit by receiving a 500 flight-hour reduction* when seeking their ATP certificate.
